- Learning progress, XP points, and streak data
- Voice recordings when you practice pronunciation (processed but not stored)
- App preferences such as voice settings
- Support messages when you contact us through the in-app chat or bug report feature
- Device notification tokens for delivering push notifications and practice reminders
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the app
- To save your learning progress across devices
- To improve our speech recognition and teaching methods
- To send you notifications about your learning streak (if enabled)

Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Google Cloud services for speech processing
- Firebase for authentication and data storage
- OpenAI for speech-to-text transcription and pronunciation analysis
- RevenueCat for in-app purchase and subscription processing
- Analytics providers to improve the app (anonymized)
Subscription Data
When you purchase or change a subscription, we receive purchase and entitlement events from Apple (via RevenueCat) and store them in our database to:
- Verify your access to premium features
- Provide customer support if you contact us about a purchase
- Maintain an audit trail of renewals, expirations, and refunds
We do NOT receive or store your payment card details. All payments are processed by Apple under your Apple ID.

Your data is stored on servers in the United States via Google Cloud/Firebase. If you are located outside the US, your data will be transferred internationally. We protect your data using industry-standard security measures and contractual safeguards.

App Tracking & Analytics
On iOS devices, we respect Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. We will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device Settings under Privacy > Tracking.
We use anonymized analytics to understand how users interact with the app and improve the learning experience. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Children's Privacy
Our app is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@keedastudios.com and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
